The next logical progression from panaromics, of which I seem obsessed, was to create the 'globe effect' of a tiny world from such paranomas in post processing. This evening was just the perfect weather for biking, not too hot, not too humid and plenty of light to be seen by the Boston area automobile drivers who simply don't give a crap about cyclists. #staysafeoutthere Into The Sun Taken with the  LG Optimus Elite ,  handheld .  No post processing. I had set myself the target of capturing the Rain in, but I think this shot of a rainbow is more interesting. We've not had a lot of rain this year but it is always nice to see the sun come out again when it does rain. Rainbow T aken with the  Canon PowerShot SX230HS , cropped in post processing for aspect.

Overcast Over The Charles River In New England you quickly learn that the weather changes by the hour, and today was no exception. A freezing cold morning was quickly replaced by a hot and humid afternoon but these clouds over the Charles river certainly didn't look very warm and inviting. Taken while on the red line T as it crosses the 'Salt and Pepper' bridge towards Cambridge. Taken with the  LG Optimus Elite , some window reflections removed in post processing.

Stairway To Heaven The features of the facade of this local area church caught my eye today and their resemblance to a stairway to the blue skies above. Unfortunately it was such a fine day there wasn't a fluffy cloud in sight to add some interest to the background. Taken with the  LG Optimus Elite , no post processing.
